DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped within 72 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless external problems impact delivery time.
Downy Friends ensures deliveries to the following geographic areas: Europe, Africa, North and South America, Asia and Oceania.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email then a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number. You can then track your package on our site.
During busy periods, order preparation may take longer than expected.
Transport costs may vary depending on the amount of your order. Any order less than 40 euros is equal to 3 euros and any order greater than 40 euros delivery is free.
