We are very happy to open the doors of our magical world, Downy Friends, where countless themed plush toys, each more beautiful than the last, await you. Here you can find the plush toys you need at the best price. For those discovering us for the first time, allow us to tell you our story. We are two friends united by the same passions: Pokémon, manga, movies, series, video games, and Disney. We therefore wanted to express our passions by creating plush toys in their likeness. Today our dream has come true; we have created our plush toy store built on five different collections: Pokémon, Manga, Fantasy, Video Games, and Disney. Now it's up to you to find the plush toys you like, and we hope they will convey our passions to you. Welcome to Downy Friends!!
Each plush toy in our shop is lovingly designed, fully reflecting our passions. We hope they bring you joy and pleasure every time you look at them. We create our plush toys with the conviction that each creation should not just be a
plush toy but become a true companion for life and happiness for everyone, however we don't forget collectors, for you here is a message: "catch 'em all!" Choose the plush toy made for you, for
yourself or for a friend.
You will receive a tracking link by email after shipment. You can then return to our website and go to the "Order Tracking" tab.
We take 2-4 days to process your order, then 1-3 weeks to deliver it to you.
Yes, wait a few days after your order and ask us via our contact page if it takes longer than expected.
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.
The entire Downy Friends team does its best to resolve any issues you may encounter. However, if you would still like a refund, we will issue it immediately if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, shipping can take longer than expected due to various reasons. However, you can track your order and see its location at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package, we are available on our contact page.
